Unique and exciting English classes
begin today - small classes - on average - 1 teacher
for every 7 students. In
the beginner classes, the teachers immediately work on
communication skills with the students. The advanced classes work
on enriching vocabulary, learning discussions, idioms, engaging in
discussions and debates, conducting interviews. etc.
In the afternoon, we head to the
beautiful Glenmore reservoir - a fair size lake within the city.
Special Certified Instructors go through the safety rules and then
demonstrate in small groups how to kayak. By the time the kayak
lesson ends, everyone is laughing and wet because a water fight
erupted.
After supper, we visit the first
indoor speed skating building in the world - The Olympic Oval. We
all go skating and students can even try a pair of speed skates. |
