What an exciting day it was at Wynchemna! The students woke up for their breakfast at 8:30 as usual, and the cafeteria was serving delicious french toast this morning. After breakfast the students went to their lessons. Some got to film their script from yesterday, some shared about their idols, and some played a variety of classroom games. After having a quick lunch, the students got on the bus and we made our way to the Playland! This amusement park was a part of the Pacific National Exhibition that goes on every year. The students had the whole afternoon at the park to go on different roller coasters - there were lots of screams! The park actually had the oldest roller coaster in Canada, it was a blast to go on, no wonder we kept it around for so long. For dinner, the students got to try out an Indian restaurant on UBC campus. There was a variety of curries to choose from, and many spicy options! To finish the day, we played basketball, badminton, and dodge ball at the gym. The students had so much fun they did not notice it was already 10 pm! The students quickly showered and went to bed because they have another eventful day tomorrow - we are going to the Watermania![AFG_gallery id='704']
