Laundry, Lessons & Canoe Chaos!

Today at Wynchemna, we started the morning with breakfast and then gave our students a much-needed chance to do some laundry. After several action-packed days, the washing machines were working overtime as everyone got their clothes fresh, clean, and ready for the adventures ahead.

Once the laundry was taken care of, it was back to the Wynchemna routine with three amazing ESL lessons. The students put their English skills to work and powered through the morning before we headed outside for some afternoon fun.

We spent the afternoon playing football and canoeing. The football group got plenty of running in, while the canoeing crew took to the water for some paddling, teamwork, and, apparently, some unexpected swimming. A few students managed to fall out of their canoes, creating some hilarious moments and proving that staying inside the canoe is, in fact, an important part of canoeing!

After all that activity, everyone had worked up a serious appetite, so we finished the day with a well-earned dinner at Boston Pizza. Pasta was on the menu, and after a busy day of football, canoeing, and laundry, nobody was complaining.
