Reaching New Heights: Rock Climbing, Homeruns, and Big Tomorrow Plans!

What a packed, high-energy day we had today! We kicked off the morning in the classroom with engaging lessons where our campers brought great focus and curiosity to start the day. After working up an appetite learning, everyone headed over to the cafeteria at SAIT to refuel with a delicious, well-deserved lunch before an action-packed afternoon.

Once lunch wrapped up, it was time to get moving! We spent our afternoon tackling two incredible activities, starting with rock climbing where campers checked out highball climbing and bouldering. Everyone cheered each other on as they pushed past their comfort zones and reached new heights. Afterward, we took advantage of the great weather and headed over to a local park for a friendly game of baseball, complete with big hits, great catches, and plenty of laughs.

After working up a massive appetite on the field and walls, we capped off the active part of our day with a crowd-favorite dinner at Boston Pizza. With full stomachs, we headed back to SAIT for a fantastic evening. We played competitive rounds of bingo set against a stunning view of the city skyline, and then spent some time making preparations for tomorrow's highly anticipated International Supper. Overall, today was an absolute blast filled with team spirit, adventure, and great memories, and we can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
