Scavenger Hunts, Basketball, Volleyball, and Market Mall!

What an incredible second day at camp! Our senior campers started the morning with their breakfast room groups — a great chance to catch up and meet new friends from different countries. The conversations and laughter around the tables made it clear that our camp family is already growing.

After breakfast, we officially checked in even more campers at the residence. It’s so exciting to see our group getting bigger by the day!

Next, our students took their placement exams. Everyone showed great focus and effort, and we were so proud of how positive and supportive they were with one another.

After a well-earned lunch in the Begin Tower dining hall, it was time for one of the day’s biggest highlights: our campus-wide scavenger hunt! Students teamed up with campers from other countries and raced around the campus solving clues and completing challenges. Some hints led them to find important places like the SAIT sign, the laundry room, and different food spots like Subway and Starbucks. Others tested their observation skills by finding certain buildings and landmarks across campus. Although we had to pause before finishing all the clues, the energy and teamwork made it an unforgettable adventure.

In the afternoon, we headed to a park for basketball and volleyball. Before diving into full games, our teachers led fun skill sessions where campers practiced dribbling, shooting, and passing in basketball, and bumping, serving, and setting in volleyball. After warming up, we split into teams for some friendly matches filled with cheers, high-fives, and lots of laughs.

After working up an appetite, we made our way to Market Mall for supper. Everyone enjoyed delicious Greek food that hit the spot after an active afternoon. There was also time for a little shopping and exploring around the mall!

To wrap up a packed day, we returned to campus to finish our scavenger hunt challenges. Teams were determined to check off those final clues and snap some last photos together. Lastly, we awarded our Student of the Day Award to Anna!

It’s only Day 2, and already the friendships, memories, and team spirit are growing stronger. We can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings — stay tuned for more adventures! 📸🏀🏐🌍
